Welcome to the Dewsbury Model Aero Club.
DMAC was founded over 30 years ago for those of us who like to build and
fly Radio Controlled Model Aircraft. Situated at the Sands Lane airfield
in Dewsbury West Yorkshire, just outside Dewsbury Town Centre it is one
of many Model Aeroplane Clubs in the country.
With over 80 members covering ages from 10 to 70 and abilities from complete
beginner to expert competition winner there is no shortage of the things
you would expect from a Club such as ours. The types of models flown range
from glider, I/C Trainers, I/C, electric, aerobatic and scale.
